I have done a lot of searching with no luck.

Thanks

Hi,
By 'aux port' I assume you mean the auxilliary 'socket' on the upper edge of the boot trim on the LHS
There are three assessory sockets, front, centre and rear, they are all fed from the CJB (central junction box)behind the lower glove box lid
Fuse 47 feeds the rear one, the wire colour at the socket should be purple with a green trace line.
All three sockets are controlled by a relay, again located in the CJB which is active with the ign in position I
However if you're looking for a permanent live in the boot, there is one at the trailer fuse 'board' again located in the cubby locker on the LHS, look for a solid purple wire feeding a 15A fuse (with a Blue with Pink trace wire) on the outgoing side.
(this is there to give a IGN independent charging supply through the 'N' socket when towing a tin tent or similar)
Hope this helps Never get mad - get even !!

Thanks Steve,
I don't think my post was all that clear.......still early!
I understand there is a permenant live feed for the towing electrics which is located in the cubby hole by the aux socket in the rear. I wondered if anyone knew what colour this wire was so that I can splice into it for the memory wire on a new roof mounted DVD player.
I will use the switched live from the aux port for the mains for the DVD player so that it doesn't drain the battery if the kids leave it on when we leave the car.
Thanks again
Dave

Ah, I see, well . . . .
"at the trailer fuse 'board' (in the LHS boot cubby box) look for a solid purple wire feeding a 15A fuse (with a Blue with Pink trace wire) on the outgoing side"
This 'should' give a permanent live feed Never get mad - get even !!
