What’s the best way to replicate my key fob. I assume the stealer is £££££& and I see lots of blank fobs on eBay. I just need a cheap backup tbh. One key is an accident waiting to happen 🙁

Dealer wanted £750-800 for a new key saying that the KVM (keyless module) also needed replacing as they couldn't access it following a security software patch that had been applied which they never told me about. They said they would have to repeat this process for each key that I lose
I bought a fob from ebay, got the a new key cut using a photo of the existing one and bought a IID, all for under £500 and the bonus is that I have a IID now 8)
