I would start with the brake switch
Reset the codes and see what comes back

Brand new battery (1week old) unfortunately I haven't got IID tool to do properly Diagnostic I actually want to buy one or even hire just to get this beauty running nicely. I have read somewhere I have to also confirm battery change through IID (but I'm new in LR so dont know everything yet 😉

New brake light switch, and ditch those mickey mouse scotch locks.

Do u think that will eliminate transmission problem? Sometimes gears sticking and in almost same time or seconds after I'm getting hdc... Is flashing ECU and updating other modules will be enough ro fix it or do I have to change gearbox oil, filter, solenoids etc ?? I will definitely start from sorting this "Mickey mouse " stuff 😅 just need some advice how to come back to standard settings, so diagram would be benefit ✌😉

Diagnostics is telling you the brake light switch is at fault, and this is a critical communication component between all the power train control modules.
Start there and see what faults remain, but that wiring looks shoddy so I'd be rectifying these issues first. Then hopefully things will become clearer.
I'll post the wiring diagram later when I'm home.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

This is for the MY 08> but shows the trailer wiring for European models, Pages 165/6.
The original factory wiring loom for the trailer sockets runs from the fuse block out of the body beneath the l/h/r light and is joined via a multi plug behind the rear bumper. From there the loom runs through the bumper to the trailer sockets. If the car has had a bodged wiring job done, the original loom from the connector behind the bumper to the sockets is available either new or second hand. The PDC loom follows a similar path, but if you remove the rear lamp you will see if the original wiring is actually there, or some other aberration. yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Not required for the D3, on a D4 yes. As for "knowing everything" I'm at it for over 40 years now and every day is still a school day. yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
