Hello all and best wishes for the New Year from Utah!
I head to Arizona early in the morning and realize I've not posted for a while, so here's are a bunch of pics from my year. They are in no particular order, as I've not got time to sort them out
Overall a decent year, have avoided Covid so far and hope to keep it that way - we just cancelled NYE in Vegas..
Sold the 2011 LR4 in January, replaced her with a 2013 - 5.0 V8 with HD pack. Spent a few bob doing the usual stuff - coolant crossover pipers, transmission pan and fluids, bushes and control arms etc. Done about 16k miles so far, very pleased with her.
Most of our trips have been to our place in Tucson or to Sedona - in fact we like Sedona so much we bought a place there in July - the red rock picture with the stars is from the balcony. Love it there!
We did a run to Seattle to move our daughter there in September - so we are now empty nesters. Massive wildfires up that way, 200 miles+ of driving through stinky smoke. The picture of the two John Deere's was interesting - that was on the freeway in rural Oregon , quite the surprise coming upon them at 80mph!
We did Speed Week at Bonneville which was great as usual, then ticked off a bucket list to-do and hiked The Wave - wonderful!
