When I have mine finished, I can do some kits at cost price...... or i will share the 3D data, the arduino code and all the bits and pieces in a short write up.
After that it shouldn't be a rocket sience to build it.

The boost sensor has not arrived yet. and I want to add a temperature sensors for oil and water later on.
The engine bay still looks a little bit........or little bit more like a mess. I have to work on this.

Its for sure not plug and play, but it shouldn't be rocket science to install it.
I could 3D print the housing, install all the electronics in it. solder them up. Put the code on the micro controller. supply the connectors and the sensors.
But as you see on the picture above, I have no EGR tubes installed, and no engine cover. So I cannot figure out what is necessary to connect the sensor there if you still use the EGR. This would stay in your own work-scope. As well the wiring of the Sensor and the power supply to the Display.
Would this be a workable way for all of you?

That is really awesome work. Regarding the pressure drop when releasing throttle, maybe you can ask around if this is normal. I only know of procedures for checking oil pressure at various RPMs, so it seems it may normal for the pressure to drop when throttle is released.
As for the kit, I would encourage whatever is easiest for you. I think you’ve got 5-6 folks interested now, and more will probably approach you over time, so putting together a quick how-to write up and releasing the files on GitHub (or similar) might let you be more hands off. Maybe you can set up a little donation box for your trouble and ingenuity.
Because I’ve got a 4.4L petrol I expect that I’ll need to gather my own parts list and modify the programming of the Pi, so I’d be requesting your programming files anyway… I did a programming course a decade ago, so while i don’t expect to be able to do this from scratch, I think i could modify existing code to suit.
Edit: If selling a complete kit with sensors and the microprocessor programmed is easiest for you, definitely go that route.2008 LR3 HSE, 4.4L V8

I haven't got a matching sensor for the boost pressure...... its ordered but will take some time.
I will ad this feature later.
After I saw the oilpressure, I decided that there is no time to waste and at the moment I'm working on replacing the main-bearings

I really want to add the oil temperature....but I couldn't manage to get a good reading from the original sensor.
Maybe I will add an addional thermistor to the oilpan.
I think oil temperature is very important to assess the oil pressure.
maybe I will ad a real water temperature sensor as well.
And a transmission temp-sensor would be like the topping on a cake
At the moment I don't really have the time to make a kit. Everything is pretty much in a very rough prototype status. And there is still so much to do. Maybe a little bit later. when my Disco is more or less finished.

i guess the cool way to get the 3 temperatures is off the CAN BUS
Simon is developing a CAN Relay. But don't think that would be what you want (unless you just set an over temp limit warning )

Fuxl, how did your main bearings project go? I have been wondering!
When I use my GAP tool, it doesn’t have a reading a for Oil Temp, only “inferred” oil temp. I believe it is simply reading water temperature and predicting the expected oil temp from there. Water Temp and Trans Oil temp I know exist, but you’d have to take them off the CAN network as Pete said. This is at least the case with the V8 and ZF 6HP.

It was no problem to change the bearings from below the car.
I even managed to do it with the differential in place, but I would recommend to just remove the Differential as well.....much easier working under the car.
The most annoying screw is on the left side. the one for the Main bearing on the side of the engine. The rearmost. Its very hard to reach....especially with the Diff in.
Beside this I found that I have not the original engine in my car, and had to replace the new bearings again, because the new exchange engine needed different bearings........and so on.
I couldn't find it in the Gap tool as well.....but I already had to change the temp-sensor in the sump.....So it has to be somewhere.

The CAN-sniffing is really a great idea!! I will check if I can do it that way. CAN bus is a pretty simple protokoll. Its just hard to find the right values, as it is shown in that video.

Hi Fuxl, well done on such an elegant solution to the pressure gauge - how did you go with a kit? I would be interested in this, even if it is just the 3D print data, code and perhaps instructions on the electronics if it's not too technical?
