[Wanted] Canvas Seat Covers for Discovery 3
Looking to buy a set of Melvill and Moon (or comparable canvas such as Exmoor Trim) seat covers for our Discovery 3 HSE. I’ve really taken to the M&M covers, however my wife is pushing for something more budget friendly. I’m hoping someone has a set of used covers they are ready to part with.
Our LR3 is an HSE Lux 7 seater with black interior. I don’t think some of those specs change the fit, but I see it as an option on some order forms. Ideal covers would be charcoal, however I’d consider beige/tan/etc for the right deal. We don’t use the 3rd row so a seat of 5 seats with a 35/30/35 split 2nd row works.
I’m in Seattle, WA. Will of course cover shipping and customs fees.2008 LR3 HSE, 4.4L V8

Hi
Have u considered ones made by INKA plse, had a set on mine and still look like new after 5 x years
They fitted very well and I liked them because they come with a separate head rest , can also get them with arm rest covers
Only thing I can’t see at the moment is if they make them in LHD , here’s their email retailorders@auto-kit.co.uk just in case ur interested and wish to double check , they do come with the slits in the front seats for the air bags
Hope that helps

I have the Melvill and Moon on my D4 and they are excellent. They are a ridiculous price in the UK, I picked mine up in South Africa for less than half price.
I hope you find some.

Gary,
Thanks for the tip. I did check on the Inka on your suggestion. There is a similar style cover available stateside near the same price point, so I think they’ll be my fall-back if I end my search.
Yes, they are gorgeous covers. I originally contacted M&M a year ago, and while it took them a few months to get back to me, they answered all my questions. I thought the price was quite fair for the quality ($475 for front and center row) and them being custom made to order, however the shipping pushed it out of budget ($250+) and I’m sure it is more now.
Via searches, I’ve seen these and similar come up for sale occasionally, so a man can dream!2008 LR3 HSE, 4.4L V8

Hi William, I suppose I should have included some pricing info in the original posting. My budget is approx. £250 shipped. That being for 5 seats with armrests, head rest, in grey. That’s about 1/2 of what they are new, such is my thinking.2008 LR3 HSE, 4.4L V8

Still interested, though I would revise my offer to £125 for the fronts only or £165 for the whole kit.2008 LR3 HSE, 4.4L V8

I did order a set of m&m covers 3 weeks ago, in south africa directly..
A friend of mine lives there, so when he is comming to visit the netherlands , he takes them with him..
BUT if i only had known……
I found a polish firm specialising in custom 4x4 LR stuff, i ordered a steel rear bumper with sparewheel carrier, rock sliders etc…
And they also have canvas/corduroy seat covers, looking really good and cheap as chips compaired to m&m.
Google translate is your friend and they communicate in english by email.. if you ask..
A front row SET of two covers is about 110 gbp (+ VAT at your end + shipping )Best regards

Wow! Those are really neat covers. They also have lots of other cool accessories, too. I’ll email them and see if options exist for shipping to the US.2008 LR3 HSE, 4.4L V8
