No connection to high speed CAN bus |
|
Occasionally when I connect to the last tool, I will see a brief message saying no connection to high speed CAN bus and also sometimes another message as it starts up saying 'unsupported vehicle'.
After these messages, all is well.
Any ideas about this behaviour?
thanks

Make sure the pins in the OB11 socket are not spread open, there are two on either pin, if another cheap diagnostic tool has been used then these have bigger pins on them as to the smaller correct pins on the IID tool, and they open up the gap between the pins so not making a good contac..
