I expected the court case to be a bit more "she said, no she said" but, whilst I concede it's her turn in front of the barristers, she's not looking likely to come out of this smelling of roses. IMHO, obviously. .

Vacuous individuals… what is society coming to when these are the role models whom younger kids aspire to?

There is a point of law here, no one is allowed to make un-founded potentially libellous comments about another. As such the perceived to be injured party is perfectly entitled to bring a damages claim. Whether they be WAG's or not does not diminish their legal rights.
I assume the court case will determine if the comments were un-founded/libellous.
However, agree with Gareth, the only winners are the lawyers. Uncle Ray's spare wheel protector
Limo Tint
Blackvue front & rear dashcam
Cruise control switch pack
Bodsy's remote for FBH

I note that 'Mr' Rooney stays some distance away from his wife as she alights the car and enters court... yes it's about her but my SWIMBO would have my nuts if I tried anything less than close and personal support for her if she was pursuing what she thought just in any situation.
Each to their own but I thought that was telling... Jim

If he's got any sense he'll be talking to a divorce solicitor, as there's more chance of Putin saying sorry than her winning this case, which is going to cost her/him a fortune.

it's closer than you think according to 'legal opinion', whilst all the lurid details indicate she's as 'guilty as sin' she isn't the defendant....
Potential outcome is she wins the 'legal argument', gets some damages (either stupidly high when you see what people maimed by terrorists, etc. get or judge, hopefully, gives her a symbolic £0.01 or something) but loses in the eyes of 'The People', and to a WAG that has to be the biggest loss of all.

Whatever any fine, legal costs are going to be silly, these self proclaimed 'stars' are nothing but parasites who think the are something special, when in fact they are pathetic specimens with too much time and money, the latter mainly due to who they married.
Whilst I don't have the time for any of them, I do think Wagatha did a fine job of outing Vardy, 10 out of 10 for that.

I'm a little off with myself for even adding to this particular post, but with too much time on my hands, I succumbed!
