| DISCO 4 HSE harmon logic 7 , tvs not coming on |

Hi all , this is my first time here , so I hope I am getting this right.
I have a 2013 D4 HSE Luxury 3.0 auto.
It is fitted with the Harmon logic 7 system. All was working perfectly with the system and for some reason , I went onto the TV/My video menu from home page , the button for tv is on the touch screen. You can press the button and the system bleeps as if you are selecting it, but nothing happens.
Along with this I have noticed that when unlocking the car the screens in the rear no longer activate with the landrover logo since this has happened.
I have tried disconnecting battery and letting the system totally drain of power but no luck
Everything else works, radio, nav ,dab JUST NO TVS .ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT.

Just a update, still can't select the TV button it just beeps and nothing. Put a dvd in and front screen plays drivers side headrest plays but the passenger side is dead.
