My Greek boss knew just what to do. He slapped a couple of big band-aids over the tip which was bleeding like a sunavabitch , wrapped a bit of gauze around the whole thing and sent me out the door with the next deliveries. I am honestly surprised that it grew back. to a normal thumb tip, as I took off a fair bit.
