Fuel Temperature Sensor/ ECU faulty

Hi guys,

after a long time I finally have a problem again Smile. Currently the IID tool reports a fuel temperature of -46* C. Outside it is about 25 degrees, so of course the thing is not plausible.

Since I first suspected the sensor, I have exchanged against an original sensor. Unfortunately without success!

Then I tested the temperature behavior with several resistors (the sensor is an NTC according to my measurements). The temperature rises, but not over 0.4 degrees. The subsequent voltage measurement showed in the unloaded state about 5V loaded about 0.9V.

Due to the voltage drop I suspected a cable break, because I could not measure a ground fault. After installing a new test lead the problem was unchanged.

Now I suspect the problem is in the ECU, as I can rule out the path from the connector to the ECU.

Do you guys have any tips on where I can look? Or if it is plausible with a defective ECU? Otherwise everything is ok and no errors are present.

BR
Dan
