Love it, looks like the locals aren’t helping them out either ask the Beamer owner if they have a “sand” program in the settings I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

Near where I used to live it was a regular occurrence. Plenty of warnings that the road is tidal.

I have recovered a mates series one many moons ago, we had to wait for the incoming tide, so the waves were breaking over it, we pushed it on it's side, then dragged it up the beach. Once back at the workshop we drained all the oils & renewed, stripped & rebuilt the carb & had it running by 10pm. Ahh, the joys of a misspent youth.
Not quite sure of the recovery point on this Volvo, but this happens regularly on Brean beach in Somerset.
As you see the recovery truck is a classic. They don't go near the wet sand, but stay up the beach on a long rope.

These are the same ones we see regularly heading down the M5 at 80mph in the outside lane with jet ski or boat trailer on the back. You are welcome to them, we don’t want them staying up here
