There seems to be an infinite supply of selfishness in this country. If it's not people having a dump on Snowden (not Princess Margaret's husband) and leaving beauty-spots knee-deep in litter, it's now idiots using barbecues on heathland and people interfering with the fire-fighting efforts by ignoring the 'no parking signs' placed to ensure fire-fighting appliances have access and moving the temporary mains pipes that had been laid to get water to the site of the fire.
No such thing as personal responsibility any more nor, it would seem, the cognition to think of possible consequences.
Its got to the point where I am thinking of setting-up a paramilitary force to counter it. Dressed all in black and wearing balaclavas, the members would use fast motorbikes to turn up at such sites, tut loudly and say "well, really" sotto voce.

Sounds great. Me too. I'll do the beaches......
I had a great idea for controlling "breeding". Provide free cars. But it sterilizes the occupants during the ownership period. Only a low dose.

I will begin the Cornish battalion.
Some of our lovely 'visitors' seem to think its ok to scream abuse and push RNLI lifeboat personnel as they rush through St Ives on a shout.
Should need a licence and an IQ test to be allowed to breed.
All things shipping, storage, transport. UK and worldwide.
A brisk and playful tap between the eyes with a 2lb ball peen hammer and a firm "No!" should be our trademark.
I'll bring my assault ladder so I can reach their foreheads.I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Yes there are some definite selfish people around. Finished with this drink container lob it out of car window or drop it on footpath in field where cattle/sheep graze. Dog poos, well leave it in the grass, does not matter if footballer gets eye infection from it or sheep/cattle eat it and get sick.
Not everyone is selfish and to be brutally honest I am not impressed with local dog walkers in general. However today saw dog walker come off public footpath through local fields onto roadside pavement carrying a clear bin bag full of other peoples discarded rubbish. So well done to that gentleman. It is just a shame he needed to do it.
