theres always going to be the haters - some have said the side boxes are pointless but tbh i love it - shoes, dirtly cloths, rachet straps, mobile drinks bar when camping or even somewhere when you are parked up or camping to put wallet/phones/camera or valuesbles all easy to each but out of the way of rain/sun etc and someone easy to get to.

think my next item on the wish list will be the rear window hatch that landrover passion are making - this will be a cracking addition to the boot to access the fridge or other gear in the boot without having to open the swingaway and boot to get

I said on my post that I'm ready to be turned - yours is a great use case especially given the roof box setup, where those side pods must be helpful given the reduced storage options on top.

I guess they're pretty sturdy even at motorway speeds?
