Disco 4 V6 Diesel Vacuum Hoses Arrangement
Hiya,
Is there anywhere a vacuum pipe layout for the Disco 4 3.0 V6 diesel?
I’ve just had to change a damaged EGR cooler house but whilst accessing found a damaged seal on the black box that connects to the throttle body suck that there was oil all over front of engine that’s softened all the hose so some of the vac hoses just came apart. I’ve found one diagram through auto data but it’s not amazing.
I’ve had intermittent restricted power warning for a while and when I found the damaged o ring I hoped I’d accidentally found the cause. But not sure I’ve got the vac hoses correct….on the plus side for now I’ve replaced the throttle body seals to the inlet manifold (they were rock hard) and the o ring on front of throttle body.

Yea, I've got exactly this problem. It's mostly the 90 degree elbow connections that have softened - did you manage to source any?

Similar issue with oil damaged hose/pipe.
