cheers for that help ! hard to get a good screenshot in the dark using a laptop & mobile phone - any info on the operating state - OFF state ? is that locked or normal ? I will get a check tomorrow to see if the fuel pump is fitted or if it has been removed - i have sourced a working pump if it is missing ! As stated, this is a replacement fbh that i stripped & cleaned lastnight & fitted this morning - the same results with this unit as the original unit - thats why im thinking the fuel pump may have been removed.

"Off" state is normal until it is running...

Use the "Parking Heating" button (arrow pointing to a large flame) to try and start it up.

Or Control menu -> Parking Heating

Then you can watch the FBH go through its start up (and hopefully run) procedure in the "Overview" panel.

Done some tests this morning, 12.87v on the supply, water pump working fine, 2.67v & 2.33v with ignition on from pin 4 & 7 - no fuel via the blue & white wire ! Done a scan with the gap iid tool which is attached, I'm going get underneath the discovery & see if the fuel pump is present as my original thought is it could be missing ! Would an open circuit on the fuel pump cause this error !
Screenshot attached from my iid tool.

Just been underneath & removed the fuel pump, fitted the fully working one i have, also tested the original that was also working fine, tried to prime the webasto with the blue & white wire ! no fuel - found the fuel line is not connected - its floating under the water pipes in the engine bay, easy to re-connect it looks like it should connect on the n/s air strut ? but still no further forward ?
