As an update I replaced the LR supplied sensor with another LR sensor as it was presumed the original was giving faulty temperature values for the windscreen. The replacement is doing the same according to the IID tool live values.
Originally the temperature values were correct & the humidity value was wrong, hence changing them in the first place, so I know the temperature value should read correctly.
Is there something in the HVAC system that I may need to reset having changed the sensor? I don't see any mention of it online nor any options in the IID tool menu.

You're not alone. Seen a few reports of this when people were trying to sort out their cold car ( not warming up inside). Seems to be inherent. I'm not sure you'll solve it.Gary
