IID Tool Error Code Help Needed

Be gentle, the car and IID are new to me, so still learning.

I have just had the torque converter replaced by the garage I got the car from and when I got it back I cleared the codes, took the car for a drive and then read the codes, below is what it is now showing:

L319 - Discovery 3 2008
Vehicle scanned on 22-03-2023 16:31
Using IIDTool BT V3.0 B2803

Engine TDV6
• -UNKNOWN-00 (6C)

Ventilation
• B1B78-84 (2F) System pressure - Bus signal/message failure - signal is below allowable range
( on 22-03-2023 16:16:52 at 150282 mi )

The ventilation one (been there since I've had the car) I think refers to an issue with the heating / air conditioning (quick search on here), could someone please confirm and if this id correct, then what needs to be done to diagnose / repair.

The engine one is new and has only appeared since the torque converter was replaced, can anyone help with this code, as I cannot locate anything when searching.

The tool also shows that some of the ECU's can be updated, are they worth doing or is it a case of not broken so leave well alone?

Thanks in advance

Hi,
I think if you update the firmware on the iid tool using the iid tool updater then I expect the engine fault code will have been updated and display the correct fault code.

You other code usually points to low pressure in the air con system. Maybe a leak, or low 134a gas.

regards
Steve

Thanks for your prompt response

I will give that a go and see if fault gives a better code.

As for the Air Con I'll add that to the list of things the garage need to address.

Regards
Alvin

Steve,

I checked the update for the IID Tool and it is on the latest version.

I will clear the codes and see if the code comes back.
