Headlamp Control Module Failure?

Hi all,

My auto dimming headlamps havent worked for a while (some might not like them but I have found them useful and SWMBO agrees, which is more important!).
I ran a fault diagnostics recently on another issue and found the attached fault - please ignore the NOx emissions fault codes, this was another issue which I resolved.
On googling the fault code lots comes up but most say it is nothing important and can be ignored .I cant help but think this is related to my auto headlights not working.
My questions are:
- what is the part number for the headlamp control module which controls the auto dimming function?
-where is it?
- Could it be faulty?
- Could the sensor behind the rear view mirror also be faulty?
The auto dip icon is illuminated when the car is started (when the headlight switch is in auto mode).

Any suggestions are welcome, I'd quite like to resolve this because it's getting on my nerves!!

Cheers

Garry
