stainless steel side bars
Hello
long shot
Does anybody know the size of bolts that hold the stainless steel side protection tube set (this is the official name I call them side steps) on a 2016 LR4?
Also how do you remove these bolts? Mine look like a special tool, I have tried various tools but can get them moved? it looks like an allen head
Searched the web for a part number for this fixings but again cant fine any info
many thanks IvanBig Ives

I used to have stainless side tubes but had them removed for rock sliders, can't recall additional fittings so sorry not much help... however, a quick use of the 'search' tab above with 'stainless steel side bars' shows you previous posts and bought/sold. Maybe a PM to someone there may help you?

Any chance of a photo of the existing bolt head? I suspect they may be a style of torx but with more points? The replacement bolts should be an issue I’d have thought, usually M10 bolts for things like that on the disco

Is this what you are after?
These are the current bolts holding the Prospeed rocksliders on. The tubes were on there before but I can't tell you anything else I am afraid as I did not do the swap over...
