| 2013 D4 Sat Nav and Bluetooth stopped working. |

Hi all, my 2013 D4 Sat Nav and Bluetooth have simply stopped working suddenly, DAB still works fine.
I've pulled fuses to reset the display module and fuses 64, 67 and 68 to reset the SN and BT modules all to no avail.
Is this likely to be a main dealer job or does anyone have any suggestions how to proceed please? Its all in the grip of the Tyre Fitters hand!

You have a break in the fiber optic loop somewhere, something is not powering up in the loop.
Try a hard reset to see if this does it.

What do you mean by a 'hard reset' and how do you do that please? Its all in the grip of the Tyre Fitters hand!
