If you want to gobble up a Costco turkey crown, they knocked £30 off them today.
OK... Still not overly cheap at £50 but it's better than £80!.

Ours too Del and it’s just to placate the eldest, none of the rest of us really like it much and would prefer roast beef apart from the Pescatarian and the Vegan!
Nightmare keeping everyone happy
Tonight I am eating a fresh vegan steak much against my better judgement. The things come in a two pack and no one else will eat it!

That’s why we always do Chrimbo with just the two of us. Too much stress involving families on either side. Nothing like being 560 miles from either set of parents to prevent any unscheduled visits.
Oh, and no kids so no stress trying to suit umpteen constantly changing tastes or requirements.

Tell me about it. Rather than decreasing numbers, we are increasing. Might as well be a Salvation Army Hostel.
We’ve had the MIL 24/25 years and that one year we didn’t was because of Covid. Her two sons haven’t bothered and this year is the same, they apparently want a quiet Crimbo. Don’t we all! 🙄 Now we’ve also got the kids and their partners. You’d think they’d want to have their own lives.
