Air suspension - can't find the leak!

Just wondering what the more experienced folks' thoughts are on this.

I have a very obvious air leak at the front.

Sprayed soapy water but see nothing (though I might have not looked hard enough as it's been another quick "lunch break" check).

Both tyres are dropping which suggests valve block I think? But the leaking air noise is much louder at the front-left -- the wrong side for it to be valve block.

I'm thinking the most likely culprit is the front-left airbag and I just wasn't looking hard enough for the leak. Or is there anything else on that side that would loudly hiss air out in that way?

Furthermore, since both sides are dropping eventually, it would point to valve block too I think?

Thoughts?

Thanks

Little update for closure:

Found the leak, hidden away at the lowest, most hidden part of the front-left airbag.

Now, replacement time Cool

I'm looking forward to getting the job done. Suspension problems fixed, and presumably not as difficult as my last job which was the park break shoes!

One final question:

Dunlop replacement (1 year warranty) or cheaper Chinese replacement (5 year warranty) ?

Chinese option is appealing due to price and warranty, but I wonder if it might affect the driving quality in some way?

Looking at this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/394931122912?mk...media=COPY

Never mind, went with Dunlop.

Doubt the warranty for the Chinese one is worth the paper it's written on (if it's even written anywhere!)

Should have gone with BWI, dunlop now made in china i believe and they are only slightly cheaper than the BWI OEM struts.
And you should do both as the other will be worn as well.

BWI also made in china. Would have preferred BWI but I found Dunlop available for a fair amount cheaper.

In an ideal world the replacement would be as a pair, yes.

Never mind, it seems Dunlop are UK made.

However I can't find any clear indication that the air struts are definitely manufactured there. So I have emailed Dunlop directly to ask!

Response from Dunlop:

Quote:

Thanks for your enquiry.

We manufacture this Land Rover part here in Coventry (we were the OE supplier to JLR), now for the aftermarket.

Some components are sourced from our factories in China such as pistons, but all rubber for our OE programmes is produced here in Coventry.

I trust this helps.

From this, my understanding is that some parts are from China, but the assembly happens in Coventry, and rubber in particular is done here. Somewhat reassuring!
