P2288/00 excessive smoke

Morning guys as you know I’ve been having excessive problems lately , finally got all my problems sorted relating to p2288/00 , but noticed the cars a little Smokey and smells of excessive diesel , Took the beast for a test drive only to be disappointed when it came up engine system fault and limp mode and no power what so ever , as soon as it hit limp mode the smoke were herendous when I floored it to get me back home , the smoke looked a whitey light blueish and a herendous fuel smell , same again after diagnostics p2288/00 reset the code and seemed fine hardly any smoke , ran data and got injector readings will enclose pics but as the numbers were fluctuating on the values all steadily number 6 values were changing that rapidly up and down my eyes couldn’t keep up thank you guys

Now I'm not an expert but in the absence of anyone more knowledgeable, it sounds to me like it's overfuelling, maybe one of the injectors is done for.

Injector readings would be useful as a starting point for you to understand that- maybe try and take a screenshot of the live readings and post them?

Injector reading needs a warm engine at idle power to be consistent

In any case P2288 sounds to me to be related to HPFP Rolling Eyes

Not so balanced but still inside limits...
Try to read HPFH pressure value at idle and during acceleration on full throttle,

it should be like the table below:

Thank you side stick I have been able to take it for a test drive yet but here’s some data I got the two photos are of the data with an engine speed of 2000 rpm and the injector values seem to balance a little better and I think it’s the third picture is at idle , all 3 photos have the pressure data there thank you

So, the last pictures is definitively not at idle, as soon as revs increase from idle all the six value goes to 1000.

About pressure readings you need to be under load to have a good reference about the pressure delivered from HPFP.
Take a look at the picture below to have an idea of what to expect:

As you can see, the purple line reaches 140 kPa, a bit lower than the maximum available value on the reference table posted above.
If you get readings at stable revs, they are not consistent. Thumbs Up
