Well as said, your options are:
1) Ignore it!
2) Replace one side with D3 headlight and see if it goes away
If you have had to remake the wires to the headlight connector, it could be a bad earth I guess.

Ok, so plugged the d3 light back in and all working fine. Plugged D4 headlight in and flashing fast on the dash. I'm convinced it's something to do with the cornering light not coming on and it thinking it's got a bulb out. I've turned the corner lights off in the ccf file but it's made no difference. I've took a photo of the plugs on both lights and the d3 one has an extra 2 rows of plugs. The D4 ones have a lot less pins.

D3 has more pins because you have AFS bending lights (I think )
