Hello I wondered if anyone can help. I have a Disco 3 2005 , recently when turning on an island sometimes the car feels like a suspension bag has deflated or a soft tyre .and the DSC and ETC .warning comes on yellow ,when back on straight roads no problem and no warning.
Any ideas.

Underinflated tyre can certainly trigger DSC on corners.
If you have checked the tyre pressures are okay, next call for me would be the steering angle is correct.
If your car has the 4x4 info screen, check the wheels are shown as per the steering direction and equal change from straight ahead in both directions.
If not, or in addition, if you have IID, or even a simple ELM327 with Car Scanner app normally can display steering angle. Black 05 TDV6 HSE Auto

Many thanks for replying.I don’t have the information screen but I will look into it tomorrow. If it’s not the tyre pressure ,my friend has a Land Rover diagnostic reader do you think that will show the problem.

Doesn't sound like it'll be leaving a fault code if it's just DSC kicking in intermittently.
If the reader can look at live values it'll likely be able to see the steering angle.
It should show 0deg in the straight ahead position.
If not, the collar that the sensor 'reads' (behind the knee panel) will be loose on the shaft.
You can then either set steering straight ahead and reset the steering angle, or set straight ahead and physically rotate the collar until the reading is 0deg, then fix the collar in place on the shaft.
I used foam strips and epoxy, so if for some reason the collar seized it would just rip the foam, but I think others have just glued it direct.
If it's not the steering angle sensor and/or it does show codes then come back with them.  Black 05 TDV6 HSE Auto

On my D3 I had DSC activating while driving around long sweeping corners at open road speeds. Orange light on dash, and I could feel/ hear the ABS brakes coming on.
You can turn DSC off by pushing the button on the console above the radio next to the Hazard lights button.
Using GAP IID I recalibrated my ride sensor heights (and they were well out). That has fixed the issue for me, but I suspect that I have some worn suspension components (e.g knuckles, lower control arms, bushes etc), which will need replacing in near future.

Thank you both for replying.I took it to a Land Rover garage today and was advised it could be an ABS wheel sensor,so as I am having new discs and pads fitted soon They will look at the sensor.

Would have thought a faulty ABS sensor would likely flag up errors on the straight as much as in bends.
Even if you're not looking at getting an IID I'd want basic diagnostics e.g. Car Scanner and a £4 ELM327 off the bay will (I think - haven't used cheapie for a while!) get you recorded speed from each of the 4 ABS sensors.
It'd be easy enough to see if one of them is recording spurious or different speeds to the others. Black 05 TDV6 HSE Auto

Worn steering components and steering angle sensor out of alignment can also cause the DSC to come on.
