Belt noise and debris of belt

Got a crazy noise going on I have attached a video so you can all hear it, car drives fine apart from leaking air bag but is also making a crazy din.
Opened bonnet to check and there is a piece of what looks like a drive belt there !! Just done a 500 mile to Gatwick and back via Watford back up to Liverpool I think it was making the noise all the way !!! Only just noticed belt debris.
Is it safe to drive or should I recover it to the Garage.
Mains belts changed about 30k ago.
Take a look and listen and let me know what you think.

Thanks Paul

I assume you are talking about the serpentine belt, check the pulleys for movement.

+1 for flack. The bearing has had it on the tension pulley and/or the idler pulley.
