Fault reading.. special progs not available. Swansea area

Hi last weekend I was trying to fix a rear left wheel sensor issue confirmed with my IID tool with a live reading of 0mph. Cleared errors, unplugged checked some wiring and looked OK, connected up and all OK. Drove for a couple of days then HDC, special progs error and suspension dropped. As you may have seen in my other post my GAP tool has died and I could get an exchange one from GAP a lot cheaper just waiting for postage costs plus it will be slow getting here from Canada.

I am guessing it is still a sensor issue and wondered if there was anyone near Swansea who could read the errors to confirm. Battery voltage seemed low and have put a new battery on. Did recently order a brake switch to have in the spares so could swap that if working blind. Drop me a PM if you can assist.

I don't suppose anyone know the rough Ohm value on the speed sensors ?

Thanks,
Gareth

sorry forgot to add that last weekend I spotted a blown stop light drivers side so replacing the bulb probably fixed the issue. Replacement was old so for piece of mind for longevity I have swapped it again for a new one.

Hi, bought a new sensor as I though it could be a spare and that did fix the issue. Need to decide whether the risk another 2nd hand tool, buy a new one here or take GAP offer of exchange one for less cost than new and risk import fees plus the delay getting it.

Thanks Moo.. will decide on options but Duckworths a bit pricey. Must make the effort to sell my D2 Nanocom to get some cash back in !!
