GAP Admin not replying.
Is anyone else having problems contacting GAP Admin or pat@gap(Pat Meilleur)? - I have tried several times without success just no reply.
I want help with connecting my Iid tool and cannot get past “turn ignition on” which is the fault I’ve got.It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Hi, had quite a few emails with good response times recently when discussing my dead IID tool. Asked for postage costs yesterday for an exchange unit, didn't take long for reply. Agreed to order and had invoice last night. Paid this morning and had an email to say it has been posted along with tracking emails. Don't think I was taking up all their time so don't blame me 😂.

Try stevemfr on Defender 2 incase it's an issue with their email. I've always found them very quick.

I never heard back from GAP after paying for two additional registrations, when I only wanted one, leaving me £80 out of pocket.Previously:

Hi, I did ask GAP that if I purchased another s/h tool as mine was dead would they transfer my licence without charge as I has only registered about 2 months ago but they said I would have to pay again. Anyway as mentioned went for the exchange option.

2011 D4 Landmark - Stolen from same dealer before I paid for it

Favouritism I recieved a message eventually and I got there in the end with the excellent guidance and patience of Profsr G, can't praise him enough for determination and patience to a novice like me. It can when others can't,
