T4 (Testbook 4) Biggleswade area ?

I’m just wondering if there’s any fellow D3 owners in the Biggleswade (UK) area that have a Testbook 4 or high end ODB11 reader/programer?
I’ve just fitted a set of LR spotlights and wiring, to my motor and need them “switched no” in the cars “computer”.
Visited my local garage and they said they could do it, but that they would have to charge it as a “diagnostic test” and Labour, at about £70 plus Vat. Not very impressed. So help or guidance would be appreciated.

Seems fair to me for the garage to charge for the equipment they invested in and their time and experience.

However, why not invest in a GAP IID? Lots pop up on here and it's only £25 to switch owner.

Moo,
I’ve got a Autel MaxiAP200 and I can carry out a lot of reset’s/calibrations on that.
I’ll have a look at one of those.

Cheers
