Cruise control

Hi Guy's
Quite new to D3s, the cruise control buttons are not working on my 2006 poverty model!
I'm guessing that they need turning on in the ECU?
Can anyone recommend someone in the Nottingham/ Derby area that has the software to put it right?
I have a reasonable scantool which will do lots of service and calibration functions but not this!
