Yes the water pump is driven by the aux belt so be careful not to overheat the engine if running without the belt for that long. Much will depend on your starting temp and ambient temp, but keep an eye on it.

I added a can of Xenum VRX500 ceramic ester anti friction compound and the sound has not changed even a little bit. I use it in all of my cars.

Posted the same video on a D3/D4 technical group in Facebook and 2 people told me that they have the same noise since a lot of time, and that it's a matter of the AC pump clutch. I found two videos in that group with the same noise and they told me the same.

Most veteran mechanic at the dealer says that it could be a matter of some hydraulic tappets, but not a worrying noise. They told me to keep driving peacefully and to not worry about the noise.

Let's see how this evolves...

Thanks everyone.

I think that that I have solved the mystery.
I purchased in Amazon an automotive stethoscope, and wiggling around the upper part of the engine, Everything was heard very clear, and the only component in which the same noise was clearly heard was the AC compressor. Not any strange noise in other ancillaries, and not any noise on the cambelt area. I didn’t try on the crankshaft zone because I couldn’t get behind the engine, but I think that this test is sufficient for me.
