Whistling sound

Hi all, I've recently replaced the engine in my 2010 all is fine but I'm getting a whistling sound from the rear of the off side egr valve or turbo! just wondered if anyone had tis happen to them?
The noise is there on tickover but goes away after a minute but returns when you press the throttle.
