Help Disco 3 Suspension

Hi I have become the owner of my first D3 and love it, however,
The car was brought with a broken Autobox and we have fitted a second hand one and had the torque converter reconditioned. After fitting and the necessary procedure of resetting the ECU, she fired up like a dream, but, all 4x4 related programmes are off( not working) with a load if faults.
Checking all common issues and Transfer Case Module had light corrosion on the Pins, cleaned up all pins Module and plug ends and system worked other than the Compressor Running none stop and slow raising on front axle, suspension module had a number of faults relating to the compressor function. Replaced the Desiccant and the Pressure Sensor Valve in the compressor and all the seals in the vale blocks, compressor working as it should but still slow rising front axle, lifts with a little help. Put earth wires on Battery to Body and Back end of Transfer Box to body and chassis deleted all faults and fires here up and instantly everything worked like new front lifted up as it should.... untill about 6 weeks ago driving along and the Battery Light came on and then the Suspension Light checked the Aux belt all ok checked Alternator charging ok....turned engine off and started it again the Battery Light has gone but the suspension light has stayed on.
Ran diagnostic and multiple faults of lost Coms, invalid data, mixed between Instrument Cluster, Body Light Control, Terrain Response and Transfer Case Mode, within in 2/3 days of being parked and working on it the car is now undriveable with front and back not even lifting compressor shuts off after about 1 minute and lose of special programmes same U code faults between the 4x4 program systems

A lot of those faults are related to low voltages, so I would check the battery as these vehicles require a lot of power. When switched off, a good battery will show around 12.6 volts at the terminals. When started, it should show 14.4 volts. If not, then the alternator may be faulty.
