Has anyone done propshaft centre Bearing upgrade before?

Same here, and both times the rear UJ was notchy and beyond useful life. It needed replacing.
Replacing a centre bearing when the rest of the unit is worn was not an option.
For those that are semi DIY competent; it's an important unit that should be checked as a whole and not just the bearing part of the component. The sliding member is worth checking too.

Yes, I’ve done it. Took 30 minutes to replace and has lasted 70k miles.

Can you clarify? Does it repair a broken rear prop shaft bearing, or is it fitted to a new replacement to stop it wearing ?

I had a center bearing on hand and when I went to replace it the rear UJ and the middle CV were both notchy. It's an expensive fix considering that by the time the center bearing fails the other bearings are also worn, maybe to the point of failure already
