Adblue issues Disco 5 2017 3.0 tdv6

Hi,
So this came up on my car see photo 2, I got my mechanic to look at it and it was a blocked adblue injector. This was cleaned and fault reset. Then this came up see photo 1.
Anyone no how to clear the code, my mechanic does not have a code reader which covers the disco 5.
Anyone had this issue.
