I word of thanks for the service manager Mike (or was it Mick) at Shukers Ludlow
When my motor was in for a service last week I ask for the bluetooth to be up graded to show the phone book, which it didn't when I got it back, and I was charged for it, ok bad news so far,
But to his credit he drove all way and collected it Monday morning , left me with a rapid FL2. Took it back to Shukers Ludlow (about 50 miles away) change the bluetooth module, tried it, found it wouldn't work with my Samsung phone anyway, refunded my money, put half a tank of diesel in and drove it back.
I am still no better off, but a least he treated me like I would expect, the first LR dealer ever to do that.

Yep... they are good and Mick is a star.
Mind you, their servicing costs have gone up a bit recently
cheaper than Stratstones Wolverhampton, Colliers Birmingham, and Trinity in Hinkley all by at least £40,

Yes but 4 years ago the same service was less than £200
