Goodyear Wrangler HP All Weather - 19"

Having been thwarted in my efforts to get Pirelli ATR tyres in 19" at a semi-sensible price locally, I'm now looking at alternatives.

I've been offered four Goodyear Wrangler HP 'All Weather' tyres (£648 for four fitted) which leads to two questions:

1. Is this a decent price? (bearing in mind the additional costs of couriering / fitting if I get tham mail order)

2. Are they a reasonable on road (90%) / off road (10%) tyre or should I stick with Scorpion Zeros?

Sorry to keep asking questions but the options (or lack...) seem bewildering.... Confused
 I see no ships........

Most people rate the Goodyear HP, better wear rate then the Scorpions and better off-road too.

Goodyear's have always gone very noisy after about 10K miles in my experience.

Just bear in mind that the HPs have 8mm and the Pirelli ATs 11mm , so that's 50% more tread to 2mm min.
I'm replacing with the latter, since only slightly more cost.

Can do four 255/55x19 ATR at £728.50 inc VAT or four 255/55x19 HP's at £606.30 inc VAT, both prices would be plus carriage, unless you can arrange D3 delivery service.
