I just emailed Johnathon directly and mentioned the negative feedback that is being generated on this site.
He offered to send me a set of blinds before receiving payment as an exercise in good faith. Hopefully they should arrive tomorrow so will keep you all updated. If they are as good as everyone who has them says, I will have on hesitation to put a cheque for £70 in the post to him.
From my initial dealings (only by email though) he seems to be an honourable and decent chap. He did say he had been away a lot recently and there had been a breakdown iin communications.
Maybe all those waiting should email him direct on [email protected]

Got a response from Mr. Taylor. He promises that I will receive my shades next monday, and that he thought the order had been sent. Said he had been away.

One of the negative feedback is from me - I bought shades in February, paid via Paypal and story ends here... No shades, no money and no contact from Mr. Taylor (I tried several of his accounts including PM over here. Silence)...
I will try again once more and then I will start legal action (fortunately I work for the company with HQ in UK so plenty of lawyers willing to help)..

Try phoning them.
I got no reply from emails about a problem but one phone call and was sorted next day with an apology for the delay. Zermatt silver 06 reg.

There is nowt worse in business than poor communication to your customers - there are just too many companies in the UK with the 'Ostrich' attitude.

Spoke to Johnathon on Wed (see post a few up), shades arrived Friday, fitted them today. Really pleased with them. Make the car look tinted from the outside, and definitely keep the inside cooler.
They are also removable in seconds - except you might have a fight with the "porthole" ones, the rear most side windows.

I bought some of these blinds 2 months ago and they arrived in 24 hours, They were easy to fit and really made it difficult for anyone to see inside the car. No problems until yesterday, one of the sticky clips came off one one of the rar windows and the blind fell off and the clip seems to have lost its glueiness. It was very hot here yesterday, yes Blackpool with heat what ever next .... , so dont know if that is anything to do with this. I will contact the company for some advice. Keep you posted. I had problems with the rear clips also.
They sent me some replacements but even following the instructions to the letter they failed also. I think it is probably more due to the flexibility in the trim in that area plus the heat etc.
I have just used a couple of small dabs of glue and no problems yet! Zermatt silver 06 reg.
Gone but not forgotten !!!

I bought some of this guy's sunshades off ebay, got them 2 days later, no probs. Not fitted them yet though....
