D3 seems to feel really light on the 19's

Hi all,
Knowing me it's probably something really simple but i recently upgraded my 17's to 19's the FFRR type the tyres still have some decent grip on (p zeros) but I noticed at 50-60 miles sometimes even less the car seems to feel really light at front end almost starts to move to the right I slow down and every thing seems fine again. There's no vibration in the steering wheel,so cant be balancing, and if i brake sharp it dosen't pull left or right.Just thought I'd check with you guys to see if anyone else has same problem etc before I go back to the stealer's.Any advice apprecited cheers javed

javedi, mine was a little like you described, (I had the front knocking as well) but the stealer sorted it during the last warranty service. I'd tell you exactly what they did to solve the light 'wandering' problem but they changed several things at once, so it's difficult to pin it down to one cause. They did change the lower ball joints and steering rack ends ??? which might be a good place to look for play first. Sorry I can't be more specific.

I had the same problem when I came back from Austria. In some corners I had problems staying in the right lane. I was doing about 120 km/hr and it was raining. So I think it wasn't a technical problem. Laughing
The D3 was a lot cleaner when I came home than when I left Austria.

thanks guys

Think i'll just get the usual suspects checked then see if it persists, think i'll get suspension checked and have the balancing checked as well Neutral
