From the reports (thanks for the posts on this forum) I've seen most complaints are received shortly after 11am and 11pm.

This is because the site goes down at 11am UK time and 11pm UK time when the site databases are being backed up.

Martin, actually the site is unresponsive, not found, fails to load all, some or most images randomly throughout the day.

Just been out since 08:55 and appeared again around 09:06

There is no falling snow - this was only on the site for about 5 minutes last year but caused browser hang issues.

The site disappearance at 11.00 - 11.20 today should be the last one.

Simon - thanks for the input, however I need to eliminate the 11am/11pm problem first, then I will find out what is causing the other slowdowns, from the reports I think only you are getting issues which aren't at 11/11.

same as DD Martin. Constant communication issues with the site throughout the day. "The web server may be down" message is a constant companion. I also have had huge problems uploading photos this week in the evenings. Given up now Rolling Eyes
Working at the moment though, I can even read posts Thumbs Up

Well I need to see if it is related to this problem first.

The slight problem with the previous reports is that people say it is slow "at times" - if you can provide times, error messages, behaviour, etc etc then it makes the nearly impossible task of tracing issues much easier.

Martin,

it happening now. I refresh the "new post" and the screen clears. i get the top images./banners and the bottom line of browser sayes loading images. I can wait for ages (many minutes) and nothing loads. however, if i click on the desktop and take the focus off the disco3 window, the page imeadeatly appears Confused

I thought it was my PC but it doesnt do it on any of the the other websites i visit, they appear instantly.

I'll try and do a short video to show you
