Yes... I use my Nokia's as modems connected via BlueTooth. Works great.
Wifi not needed to connect to the phone, just pair the handset with the Mac using the Bluetooth Preferences or select Setup Bluetooth Device from the Bluetooth menu bar icon, check the relevant options etc. Set you Mac to be an authorised device on the phone.
In the modem icon menu (on the top menu bar) just select Connect Bluetooth.
Assuming you have the right setting for your service provider (and a signal), you'll be online.
