Not Spotted
Its funny this, but I haven't seen ANY D3's in the centre of London this week and to be honest I can't remember when, if at all I saw one down here (and I'm here every week pretty much, and have been since October)
All you see is Range Rovers - and not Sports either.
Anyone care to contradict me?Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

Has anyone had problems with people protesting about driving a Land Rover, such as having the fake parking tickets stuck on your car?
I'm generally a very relaxed, laid back sorta guy but when I hear about people protesting about 4x4's it really gets me wound up .... its happening right now as I think about it
How do us 4x4 drivers sleep at night knowing we are the single cause of the planets destruction?I don't dance but I do Disco

My personal view is that as there is a limited ammount of oil in the planet, the type of car ( or any other use of oil ) anyone drives is not really an issue. The big picture is that its going to run out at some point anyway, and does a few years either way matter. I consider myself lucky to be on the planet during its internal combustion phase .. Perhaps a new thread is nessessary to discuss what the next tech is going to be ................Somewhere in-between my old D3 and what's to come next .........

It's all unfair, my Disco is doing 27mpg which is far better than the BMW 328i I owned previously, so they are not all that bad really. I get the odd dirty look but that's just because they are jealous 2006 TDV6 SE

Or how about one with all the NOT words crossed out and the silly crossed out 4x4 image replaced by a D3 image?
Just noticed you can buy them from The Basement in Manchester - am tempted to get the D3 parked outside the shop for a photo opportunity
Oh god they have a Vegan cafe as well... ...need to wander round the shop clutching a Big Mac Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)
