Today for the first time in my life I paid for a car service  . Last year I opted out of the company car scheme and bought a Disco HSE. I know nothing about cars and this website is one of the many reasons I bought a Disco.
Car had its 30k service down in Yeovil today on the basis of recommendations from here. Its a 90 mile drive for me but trust is crucial for me.
Service was superb, temp car was ready. They even rang me to let me know my car was ready, sorry to sound surprised but previous experewince of Renault and Volvo was to had to hassle them to find out if your car was done  Can't fault and will defintiely be back.

Ok but found even better strategy, turned the thing of, turned the music up and enjoyed a nice drive in my Disco
