He worked on my old Defender 90, and my TD5. He is a really nice guy and upto speed on the servicing requirements of the D3. Not sure about technical issues or the computer downloadable side, but he is worth a try for a out n out service.
I work in Sittingbourne and live in Hastings, so know the area well enough too.

Sorry to put a downer on this, but can Stuart Gilbert grab diagnostic/fault codes? I would have thought that would be key to investgate any warranty work required and issues you may never know you had  The surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us yet.

Personally I wouldn't use GS in Maidstone. Before they moved to their current location they were the other side of town, just past the Police HQ. The staff may have changed by now but I have a bitter taste after my contact with them
I went to view a FL a few yrs back. I pulled up in my Sierra and walked onto the forecourt. Got totaly ignored by 2 sales staff. When another potential customer pulled up in a BMW they were waiting at the edge of the forecourt to greet him and walk him round the stock. I returned a couple of weeks later but parked round the corner and walked onto the forecourt and managed to get a salesperson to talk to me and give me a test drive. I was only allowed less than 10 miles as there was no fuel in the car. So we got back and just walked off. Such a rude dealership I have never come across. We then went to Ashford and purchased the FL we wanted. Had an allday testdrive without a sales person present. We even went back and purchased our next D1 from them.
So for if you live in that area Ashford wins. But I purchased my D3 from Harwoods in Edinbridge. Travelled all the way from Wiltshire for it. Well worth the effort, customer service above and beyond. But I would imagine that I'll be frequenting Yeovil for any work/servicing that needs to be done HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE

Well I am recceing a NEW meet this Sunday at Eynsford and off to Whitstable. More than welcome to all meet n play in the Fjord, if the water level has subsided
