cant say enough good things about them
had a small problem with car, phoned them, booked it in for 2 days and got a brand new FL2 as a loaner while they sorted mine and gave it an MOT.
the FL2 is a good wee car.
they changed the EGR and gave it an MOT, uploaded softwarey types things and finished the job a day early.
£53 all in (MOT fee) and car cleaned as well.
good bunch of chaps will use them when time comes to change again..
only issue is the 80 miles to get to them

we did once buy a car from Parks - our first off roader, they were good to deal with so we went back a few years later to change it and give the nice man there the business. he told us what was the best disco to buy but he never had one in so we gave him our number and waited......and waited.....and waited. nothing so we went back and no interest from them.
went to sheilds and got one that day. however it had very minor issues and the service from thier service manager was appalling - really wanted to thump him for some of the things he said to SWMBO
wanted to change that car so back to parks to give them another go and the same story - no real interest at all from them.
so tried taggarts and sheilds again and the trade in values were way too low so off we trecked to stirling. great wee company - good trade values and easy to deal with so we have stuck with them.
taggarts were good but my mate has had some issues with them

Likewise, a few years back I bought a Freelander 1 NEW, 3 days old it breaks down on the M8 on the way too work, again another twice in the first 8mths, and the service manager said it was all down to the way I was driving it!!!
