Refrigerated cubby box question

OK strange question but how do I tell if this is fitted? Didn't order it but the car was from the dealers pool stock so anything is possible. Anything I put in the box ends up really cold Confused i can't see any obvious a/c outlets so is it coincidence???? 2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

There is a small switch at the front of the unit as you look down on it, it lights up blue if the unit is on. 2005 Disco 3 HSE in Zambezi + Ebony, Sat Nav, Active Locking Rear Diff and Cool Box

It's a white inside when you look in it unlike a normal disco which I think is black. It is fairly obviously a cool box, as it looks like a cool box on the inside.
