Yeovil
Thought I would leave some feedback on the first part of my trip to Yeovil. Was booked in for a whine, which turned out to be the air conditioning compressor. I also got the dreaded suspension failure yesterday, which they also looked at today and I need a new compressor. The compressors are in short supply, but TLO is looking around for one at the moment. Had a loan car booked for just the day, but of course this will take longer with the suspension failure now. Despite not having to do so and without prior arrangement, they lent me another car to go home in and to use while they fix mine. They even had the loan car washed ready for collection.
Just to add that I've upped the game on "thank you" presents. Started with a tin of biscuits or a couple of bags of doughnuts, but on my last visit I dropped in some beers for the boys in the workshop, TLO, Doug and Peter.
Just mentioning that in passing, no pressure I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

He's getting me one to, while yours was in he was on the phone to me, e-mailing me pictures so I identify if my suspension issue was caused by the tyres fitters. Loks like not their fault but now I know why I drive 90 miles past many Land Rover car dealerships to get to Yeovil

wait for the D4 before organising a group buy, it might be standard kit from September 09 I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

I'm in for Service (well the car is) The boys now have a HOMEMADE jam creamy cake thing (I don't know, but SWMBO made it last night)
So Big up for your tesco bought product, the challenge is now on Homemade produce... this cake has an awesome light sponge and I'm sure it won't make it through to lunchtime.....
Mind you, would have been cheaper for me to go to Tesco and buy one!
Cake. Hottest week since (insert highly unlikely and unverifiable reference here) and you give them cake. Why not knit them a scarf while you're at it?
Now beer on the other hand, your cold beer goes down VERY nicely on a hot day. 8)
