Credit where credit is due !
In March I purchased a Discovery from Lloyd Land Rover of Carlisle, over the past couple of days I had a couple of queries with the vehicle, nothing major just the service counter showing that it was overdue service when it was in fact serviced prior to purchase and a question over brake pads. I contacted Mr Peter Richardson who is their after sales manager.
The customer service was excellent, polite informative and attentive. I live on the east coast obviously Carlisle being on the west, but my vehicle was collected the next morning, a courtesy car left and my vehicle was returned that evening with the fuel used replaced and my vehicle in tip top condition. I was kept fully informed throughout the day with their progress.
Over the past few years I have dealt with Subaru and Mercedes dealerships, and they don't compare. If this is the standard of the service from Lloyds they get a big  from me. If the grass is greener on the other side of the fence, it's because you're a bad gardener.
learn from the mistakes of others, you may not live long enough to make them all yourself.

Will give their parts dept the big up, as today i went in to get a compressor bracket and they had one  But even better i was given a bit of a discount on the part. POT NOODLE NAVIGATION CHALLENGE 2010 WINNER
