DSL, you should have no problem with Tesco. As per my PM to you, they agreed to my new air suspension compressor, power steering pump and air conditioning compressor.
It should all be done by Yeovil this afternoon or tomorrow. There was a 10 day delay on the suspension compressors, but TLO has battled and got all the parts in for me and Peter sorted things out with Tesco. They are paying the Yeovil direct for the claim as well.
I will do a proper post on it when I collect it, but Yeovil have been very generous and lent me a car for almost 2 weeks now. I will be telling Land Rover that Yeovil should get some sort of award for their service
I suspect that as the EGRs remain closed during more spirited driving they're more likely to get a lot more use when the car is driven more sedately.
Good point......
So it must be Jennys fault for driving too slowly....... The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom

So did Tesco agree to cover it?I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Get the dealer to call them as soon as possible as if it is over £500 they send an engineer to inspect the car and it has to be done before the work starts
Good luck. Can't wait to get mine back next week.

Just had a read through the Tesco booklet and EGRs should be covered, unless they class them as part of the exhaust. Susp problem will not be covered if it is a corroded wire. Also the car is wearing out tyres on the inside on all 4 wheels, needs sorted before I get her a nice new set of booties.
